Mazaj Coffee House Co. is a limited joint stock company that was founded in 2009-2010 in Gaza – Palestine. Our main business is Confectionaries, Cake Shops, Bakeries, Ice-cream and Restaurants.
We have a main factories and more than 8 local branches, and expanding.

Position: Marketing & Sales Manager
Location: Gaza Field
Type of Contract: Full Time.
Deadline for Application: 3rd August 2016, Wednesday.

Job Duties:
-Be responsible for the sales of the company’s products and services in the required areas.
-Create a sales team who’s responsible to achieve the company goals, and drive the team at a pace that will deliver results.
-Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning and management of sales personnel.
-Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings. 
-Manages personnel, and develops sales and sales support staff.
-Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
-Collaborates with executive manager to develop sales strategies to improve market share.
-Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
-Establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.
- Plan marketing and branding objectives and Design print ads.
-Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff.
-Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
-Gather and analyze customer insight.
-Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share.
-Ensure brand messages are consistent.
-Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.
-Responsible for online marketing activities such as, social media.
-Building, Collecting and analyzing relevant performance data and preparing any required reports and proposals.
-Designing and managing marketing research processes.
-Delivering consulting services such as strategic planning, discuss rights & faults in client’s business marketing & advertising efforts, and specify their target market & audience. 
-Be responsible for making appropriate recommendations for client’s strategies that best suit their current and future needs.


-BA in Marketing or Business Administration, Masters is preferred.
- General 7 years’ experience in professional life, and 3 years’ experience in sales & marketing management.
-Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong understanding of customers and market dynamics requirements.
-Able to operate in a fast –paced and changing market environment. 
-Experience with MS Office Suite.
