Qualification Requirement: Shall be an Engineer with an multi-disciplinary background
Experience Level needed: Minimum 7 years in carrying out engineering & construction supervision in a process environment.
Personality Requirement: Good interpersonal & communication skills and an extrovert.
Principal Account-abilities:
*Develop and implement Contractor HSE-MS and providing guidance and support for usage
*Manage interface between Company
*Communicate relevant HSE initiates
*Support Contract line management on HSE related issues and foster a team spirit that 'Everyone watches out for each other'
*Ensure HSE audits and implement recommendations striving to maintain ISO 14001 compliance (including journey managements,incident investigations' etc)
*Encourage a sustainable development culture through education on conservation of energy
